General: We charge a flat fee rather than a percentage of the final gift bundle. Our pricing is driven by (1) consultation and follow up, (2) sourcing, (3) cost of gift, and (4) delivery, shipping and handling.
Fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase or prior to any engagement or curation.

If you are unhappy with our overall service, we will try our best to resolve the matter and make appropriate refunds for our time, resources and efforts. If the underlying good has any defect, we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue. For experiences and bookings or any personalised physical good, the refund and exchanges will not be possible.
Local Delivery: We currently provide a FREE local delivery for West Putney, South Fulham and certain parts of Barnes, requiring 3-5 business days.
Pick Up: We also arrange free pick up from Putney Exchange at a designated time.
We charge a flat shipping fee of £7.95 for standard shipping taking 3-5 business days. Orders above £300 are eligible for free shipping.
Royal Mail is our default shipping service provider. However, we use other carriers when better suited. We provide a tracked / signed service. The shipping cost may vary based on the size and content of the package.
