Refund Policy

Gift Consultation: If you are not 100% satisfied with our consultation, we will refund any consultation fee if applicable.

Gift Curation: If you are unhappy with the gift curation, we will resolve the matter and if the situation is not remedied, we will refund partial curation fees.

Gift Exchanges and Returns: Most retailers have a 30-day return policy if the tag is still present and the product remains in a pristine condition. As a concierge service, we will abide by the original store policy.
